Care Points are our customer reward scheme. It's our way of thanking you for being a Snowden Healthcare customer.
HOW DO I SAVE MONEY USING CARE POINTS?
Every 100 Care Points you receive can be used to save £1 when you next shop with us. It's that easy.
HOW DO I RECEIVE CARE POINTS?
You receive Care Points with every purchase you make from us - the amount of Care Points you will receive is shown below the product price. To view your Care Points balance and use your Care Points online you need to create an online account.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CARE POINTS?
To redeem your points online, simply follow the steps below:
1. Create an account / log in to your existing account.
2. Your Care Points total can be viewed in your account - this will be called STORE CREDIT.
3. Add the products you would like to purchase to your basket and checkout as normal. Please see below for further information regarding restrictions on products that can be purchased with Care Points.
4. Once you get to step 4 of checkout, your Care Points total will be shown as STORE CREDIT. Tick this box to use your points, or untick to save your points up for future use.
You can redeem your Care Points on any eligible Snowden Healthcare products. Unfortunately, we are not able to include any items in the Health and Home Care category in the Care Points scheme at this time.

DO MY CARE POINTS EXPIRE?
Your care points are not time limited and will remain on your account whilst you are an active customer, so you can choose to spend your points as you earn them, or save them up and redeem them against a larger purchase. However if there has been no purchase activity on your account for more than 3 years, your care points will be fore fitted and removed from your account.
