Delivery & Returns



For all UK mainland deliveries your order should arrive within 3-5 days if items are in stock. Please note Royal Mail are currently quoting up to 14 days for delivery due to Covid-19 related delays. The majority of UK orders will arrive via Royal Mail.


We send orders to most countries around the world but please note that we are unable to dispatch certain products overseas due to shipping restrictions. Delivery to Europe usually takes 7-10 working days but may be longer due to local customs procedures.

When we are shipping your order outside of the UK, we will contact you via the email/telephone provided once your order and payment for the goods has been received. Will confirm the postage costs applicable and take a separate payment for this based upon your chosen delivery address. This second postage payment will only cover delivery of the goods, you will still be required to cover any custom or duty fees applicable upon the goods entry to your destination country.


We offer a 'no quibble' refund or exchange service on any product that is returned to us unopened within 14 days of receipt. Please note however sale items that are on sale due to end of line are non returnable.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full product refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. Your right to cancel can be exercised in writing by contacting us at:

When returning items, postage is at your cost and we recommend you use a recorded fully insured method such as Special Delivery from the Post Office. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition and unopened so please take care of them and pack them appropriately. Please also include your name, address and telephone number with you returned item.

Once we receive your item we will phone you within 48 hours to let know your item has been received. If your item is being returned for an exchange, the replacement item(s) will be sent out immediately. In the unlikely event of the replacement item being no longer available, we will let you know and offer an alternative or arrange for your refund.
